We had the privilege of working with Superior to remodel about 75% of our home in Franklin. When we began interviewing remodeling companies we made it clear that good communication was our most important priority. Having done remodels in the past, we knew we needed a company who could not only deliver an amazing remodel, but also keep us updated, answer questions, and guide us through what is usually a complex process. Our experience with Superior exceeded our expectations. From start to finish the communication was timely, professional, and always friendly. The finished remodel was exactly what we envisioned when we start the process. We recommend all of our friends to Superior and will use them again for future projects.

Remodeling through a pandemic is no joke and there are always little things that go wrong, but I must say that Superior Homes took care of everything, and did an excellent job. The team at Superior are responsive and responsible. They were true to their word and true to their quoted price. They took care of everything that they said they would take care of and even did a few things extra. These days using a company that is honest and on time and on budget is worth more than gold. I would highly recommend Superior Homes. Jon Duke and Tammy McKinney and Brian Derrington were the best.
